Cape Fear Development Partners

Cape Fear Development Partners, LLC (CFDP) is a North Carolina-based limited liability company that was formed to pursue multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities in the Southeast.

In addition to apartments, we are pursuing senior and student housing projects, both for our own portfolio and on a fee-development basis.

Our principals bring many decades of multifamily development and finance experience as well as having a broader market overview through our experience in commercial brokerage and development. Through our varied work histories, we have developed a strong network of contacts which enables us to get a look at numerous opportunities that are not available to other organizations.
