Director of Property Management
Ms. Taylor serves as Director of Property Management for Cape Fear Commercial. Responsible for approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property, Ms. Taylor meticulously balances client goals and tenant expectations. With over 15 years of property management experience, her expertise has allowed her to manage multiple types of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial - providing unsurpassed quality in management services to owners.
Ms. Taylor is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina and is dedicated to utilizing all resources in continuing education and professional affiliations to broaden the real estate management skills of Cape Fear Commercial. Her value driven mindset has proven to enhance the clients' investment value. In addition to managing budgets in excess of $15M annually, Ms. Taylor is also responsible for capital improvement planning, financial reporting, tax appeals and provides underwriting materials for commercial loans.
Ms. Taylor previously served as President for the Wilmington BOMA Chapter and as Vice President, Special Projects Chairperson and Publicity Chairperson for the Wilmington Apartment Association. She is a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, BOMA International, and volunteers her time with WHQR Public Radio.
