Lindsey E. Hess
Senior Financial Analyst/Property Management
Lindsey Hess serves as Senior Financial Analyst and Property Manager for Cape Fear Commercial. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of North Carolina. Her responsibilities include financial reporting to owners, forming tenant relationships, auditing leases, and property accounting. Ms. Hess is also responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial modeling on new developments projects and analysis on the sales and leasing of managed properties. She is committed to consistently providing timely and accurate accounting and financial analysis to ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded.
Ms. Hess graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Accounting. At UNCW, she competed on the women's tennis team and was an ITA Academic All-American for four years, earning the Chancellor's Cup as a senior for academic and athletic excellence. Prior to returning to Wilmington and joining Cape Fear Commercial, she provided Real Estate asset management services for equity funds at TriMont Real Estate Advisors in Atlanta. Ms. Hess began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City providing external audit services to clients. She currently resides in Wilmington.
