Mr. Greene, joined Cape Fear at its inception and his dedication, experience and continual innovations have been instrumental in our becoming and remaining a market leader. He has been extremely active over the past several years and been among the leading brokers in transactions completed, square footage leased and projects delivered to market in southeastern North Carolina. He has tremendous industry knowledge paired with a high level of expertise in marketing and leasing, lease analysis and negotiations, market analysis, investment valuation, lease versus own analysis, sale/lease-back transactions, development analysis, project management, fee-development, equity capital management, receivership and asset management for non-performing lender REO assets, and investment sales. He represents corporate clients such as RBC, Williams Mullen, Beal Bank and Pharpoint Research.
He has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation from the CCIM Institute an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, which recognizes experts world-wide in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He was awarded the "SIOR" designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors a professional affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. SIOR is dedicated to the practice and maintenance of the highest professional and ethical standards and its real estate professionals are known as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. He was awarded the Certified Leasing Specialist (“CLS”) designation from The International Council of Shopping Centers, which recognizes shopping center / retail leasing professionals and is based on achieving an established level of industry knowledge and experience including successfully completing a comprehensive examination.
He is pursing a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia (UGA) having graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He has completed the Debt Workout, Transactions and Repositioning of Distressed Assets certificate program from the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Six Sigma Green Belt certificate course from Villanova University and is pursuing the ARGUS software certification in ARGUS Valuation DCF.
He has served on the NCAR Realtors Commercial Alliance Board of Governors and is a Past-President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC). He is a member of St Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church and Cape Fear Rotary and a supporter of community organizations within the area. He resides in Wilmington with his wife, Suzanne and their children, Wilson and Eliza.
