CFC RELEASES 44 LOTS AT NORTH KERR INDUSTRIAL

Cape Fear Commercial is pleased to announce their latest release of lots in North Kerr Industrial Park. The North Kerr Industrial Park is located less than 2 miles from the Wilmington International Airport and is adjacent to the new I-140 bypass, with lot sizes ranging from one to six and a half acres.
Brian Eckel and Vin Wells, both partners of Cape Fear Commercial, handled the release of the 44 lots that comprised Phase III of the park. All 44 lots were released and under contract within 1 week, with all closing slated by December 2006.
